I’ve been in the industry since 1992 (33 years) and have learned that longevity in this industry is about treating people right.
It is also about earning a reputation that clients can trust when they call me with questions (sometimes years later) or when they refer me to their friends and family members.
I enjoy building relationships and helping to guide one through the decisions that must be made for housing and real estate investments that stand the test of time.
I believe transparent and honest communication helps the relationship transcend the current business to carry us through respective future life events.
Although I have experience in almost all things real estate - including; land assemblies, developments, relocations, condominium issues, etc. I am a predominantly a Residential Realtor & Senior Specialist. Each transaction is different but knowing where to go to find the necessary information for you to make a competent decision is crucial, and I am in that journey with you.
